Melanie Norcross has been a licensed REALTOR since 2008 and today is in the top 1% of all real estate agents in the state of New Hampshire. As a single agent, Melanie consistently closes over $20 million in sales volume and ranks in the top three agents at Keller Williams Gateway Realty. Melanie is also licensed in Massachusetts and Maine and specializes in new construction. Melanie has a consultative approach with clients and is committed to exceptional customer service while bringing her expertise, perspective and market knowledge to each and every transaction.
Active in her community, Melanie serves on the Board of Directors of The Boys & Girls Club of Salem, NH and works as an assistant Supervisor of the Checklist for the Town of Salem, NH. She also began and chaired the Keller Williams Gateway Realty Culture Committee in the Salem office and was named the 2017 Cultural Ambassador for KW Gateway and represented the market center at the KW regional Cultural Summit. Melanie also serves on the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams Gateway Realty.
